Our farm is about 200 years old and my family is operating it in the 5th generation. As of January 1, 2017 we are certified for organic milk production. We appreciate the good cooperation with Milchwerke Oberfranken, because regional marketing is dear to our hearts.

In 2000 I took over from my father and am now the 3rd generation on this farm. Since May 2010 we are acknowledged as producers of organic milk. We have been cooperating very satisfactorily with Milchwerke Oberfranken West eG since 2011.

My father Martin Schulz changed to ecological farming according to Bioland regulations already 30 years ago. On our farm, we have been producing milk since 1861, now in the 4th generation. Our animals are exclusively fed with local forage.
