The “Coburger Grillweichkäse” is a vegetarian alternative for the grill. He is also suitable for preparation in the pan. When heated, the white mold acts as a protective layer, preventing bleeding. After preparation, the mold turns golden brown and the core creamy.
Remove cheese from the packaging and all slides. Pierce cheese on top with a fork several times. Cook in a preheated, coated pan (without adding fat) or on the grill over medium heat for about 3-6 minutes. Turn it over several times and then serve hot. |
